In today’s employment market, the power has shifted from employer to employee as the competition for top talent grows. Attendees will better understand what their current internal metrics are telling them as well how they relate to engagement and performance of employees, they will learn strategies for connecting engagement to performance and how this will, in turn, improve performance, as well as learn how compensation can be a powerful engagement tool when utilized and implemented correctly.
