Most of you are aware of proactive steps being taken by many organizations to mitigate contamination from the COVID-19 virus. At this time, we are canceling our Professional Development Meeting scheduled for next week on March 17, 2020. We are actively working to reschedule this meeting and will keep you informed of future meeting details as we get closer to them. At this time, the Space Coast HR Conference, scheduled for April 15, 2020, has NOT been canceled. We are working with the SBSHRM chapter and will keep you informed of any decisions that may impact the Space Coast HR conference. Thank you all so much for your understanding and your continued support.

If you registered and paid for this meeting, we will apply the attendance fee to a future meeting. If you would prefer a refund, please contact [email protected]spacecoasthr.org.

We know that many of you have already felt the impact of the COVID-19 virus in both your professional and personal lives. Remember to take deep breaths when there are moments of uncertainty or stress, take time for yourself, reach out to those in your community to ask for support or offer assistance, and, if there is anything we can do, please let us know.

Sincerely,

Your SCHRA board of directors
